Company Profile 

ARM Rollforming has significant experience in the production of roll formed steel and stainless steel for a great diversity of fabrication projects.

In 2003 ARM Rollforming's capacity was expanded due to the acquisition of the Special Sections business and equipment of BHP Steel Lysaght in Nunawading Victoria, enabling it to deliver to the heavy sector of industrial rollforming.

Traditionally the company has been a major supplier to the transportation industry, especially in the fabrication of the main structural sections for rail rolling stock, bulk coal wagons and similar transportation applications, both for Australian and overseas authorities.

Typically this has involved roll forming structural members for coal wagons up to 6mm thickness in stainless (10 mm in carbon steel).

In addition ARM Rollforming is able to roll a wide range of materials including Galvanised, Zincalume, Colorbond, Copper, Aluminium and Stainless Steel.

We are a Custom Profile Rollforming Company, with a focus on heavy gauge profiles, but we can do “anything”.
